The 5-star Swissotel Sarajevo offers contemporary designed rooms, ideally located 1.8 km from Latin bridge and 2.1 km from Bascarsija Street. Almost Everythings were excellent, starting from the reception (especially Mr. Faud and Mis. Hafsah, they were so lovely and helpful), the room facilities (the housekeeping staff was so good), and the breakfast, till we checked out, many thanks to all team!

Had an amazing stay at Festival hotel. Everything was just perfect — the room was super clean and comfy, and the whole place had a really nice vibe. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they really made the stay even better. Definitely coming back next time! Location is super!

I was booking our stay at Hotel Marea based on the positive reviews, and I can tell you I really didn't regret it. The hotel itself is modern, the rooms are well sized. We received a fruit plate and 2 bottles of mineral water upon arrival, which came quite handy after a 10 hrs drive. Our room was on the 5th floor with a beautiful view to the bay. Our room was cleaned every single day, the cleaning ladies did a perfect job. Breakfasts were always nice. We booked bed and breakfast, but after trying the half board dinner on the first day we had dinner in the hotel almost every evening. Feel free to try it, you won't regret. The fitness room is well equipped, if you are a lifter you will find everything there for a decent training. The spa is also nice, although the steam bath was out of order during our stay, we had a great time there trying the sauna, the tropical shower (warning, amazing sound effects!), and the pools (indoor+outdoor). I also tried a massage and a body treatment, the service was flawless and professional. The staff was always helpful and ready to support whatever the question would be. We had some issues with the A/C, but it was solved very fast. I can't highlight anybody, while the reception staff, the cleaning ladies and the restaurant staff were all very nice and polite. Getting to the beach takes 190 steps down the hill, but it is worth the effort. You should only consider this while drinking those bears at one of the beach bars, so that you should climb back to your hotel.
