Breakfast was great. The room is big,clean. The house keeper was generous and attentive. I told her that I would like to change the sparkling bottle water to be mineral water. She immediately did it and ask me the room number and said that tomorrow she would place only bottle of mineral water to my room.

The location was perfect for us, such a pretty area of Zürich. The design of the rooms and the lobby were beautifully executed. We really felt at home, as the whole team were so helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent too, with lovely fresh produce. We would definitely stay here again.

It felt like a little paradise tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. The staff were incredibly accommodating. Everything was spacious. Even the hotel's restaurant was delicious! We will definitely go back or recommend to our friends and family.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this property. From the moment I arrived, self checkin was so easy. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, close to key attractions but still peaceful and relaxing. The service throughout my stay was truly top notch. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended! The place is fantastic to say the least. beautiful rooms, beautiful hotel design, all freshly renovated. Amaziiing breakfast, with chef prepearing fresh omlets. Room clean, spacious, free minibar. it was a heaven. Staff polite and friendly.

You can enjoy the alpine beauty from the balcony. Close to the hotel there was a souvenir shop which was also nice. Hiking area to Fronalpstock view point is nearby and you can also take the cable car. The staff were nice and friendly and helped us to correct our plan to visit Lucerne. The interior design was so nice and unique. Overall, this was the best hotel experience for me in Switzerland.
