Great location in Santiago, close to the Sky Costanera tower, Cenco Costanera and within walking distance of the cable car to the Cerro San Cristobal. The rooms are luxurious and clean and ours had a great view of the Sky Costanera tower. The breakfast restaurant had an exceptional view of the whole city. Honestly not sure why this isn’t a 5 star hotel, this is by far the best 4 star hotel I’ve been to.

They are also very helpful, special thanks to Nicolas, who helped us a lot during check in and was always kind and available. Rooms are comfortable, with a nice design. Great atmosphere at the bar, good breakfast, too.
