Great location, lifts connects to basement shopping and metro station. Clean room and good view.

Sheraton is remarkable, but this stay was truly extraordinary thanks to Jack, who upgraded our room for a breathtaking experience with my husband. It was a delightful surprise, and his attention to detail was evident when he provided us with a fruit platter. Jack took the time to address the issues I had with my Bon Voy card, showcasing his dedication and care. He embodies the essence of exceptional service at Sheraton in Guangzhou and throughout China. Having traveled extensively, I've never encountered someone as proactive, kind, and patient as him. Thank you, Jack, for making my stay exceptional.

Room was as advertised, very clean with good attention to detail. The inclusive breakfast had a wide variety of choices so there was something for everybody. Staff service was amazing, James Gao Xu went above and beyond what was expected. He even helped with finding flight information and coming to the airport (5 minute walk) to help pickup a family member and carry our luggage. Highly recommend the hotel and staff, especially as it is so close to the airport. Will definitely be staying again.

Located along the historic Qintai Path, Chengdu Wenjun Mansion Hotel (Kuanzhai Xiangzi Branch) is decorated in a traditional Chinese style, a 5-minute walk from Tonghuimen Subway Station (Line 2). Hotel is located in the very unique traditional mansion. The flavor of the past times is amazing. The entire street is beautiful. I love it a lot! Location is very convenient 5 minutes from the subway station - Line 2 - direct connection with the East Railway Station. Close to the Wu Hou temple and Du Fu Thatched Cottage - 10 minutes by DiDi. 5 min. by foot to the Sichuan opera. Special thanks to Frank, who arranged trips to Panda Breeding center and Leshan Buddha, and ladies at the reception desk, who were very helpful!

The Langham, Shanghai, Xintiandi stojí u vstupu čtvrti Xintiandi, v těsné blízkosti obchodní ulice Huaihai a je obklopen mnoha moderními kluby, okouzlujícími mezinárodními restauracemi a designovými... This is not our first time staying at this hotel and we will come again soon. Of course, we remembered the excellent level of the hotel and the previous quality, but again the staff exceeded all expectations.
