This is indeed a good hotel, more than I thought. It's got a good taste, following a certain theme, I liked it. Everything was good, they even have a collection of books, artworks, and other things in their huge lobby. Plus all the usual things you find in a hotel of this level. And it's very quiet.

Sheraton is remarkable, but this stay was truly extraordinary thanks to Jack, who upgraded our room for a breathtaking experience with my husband. It was a delightful surprise, and his attention to detail was evident when he provided us with a fruit platter. Jack took the time to address the issues I had with my Bon Voy card, showcasing his dedication and care. He embodies the essence of exceptional service at Sheraton in Guangzhou and throughout China. Having traveled extensively, I've never encountered someone as proactive, kind, and patient as him. Thank you, Jack, for making my stay exceptional.

The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, the surrounding environment of the hotel is beautiful and quiet, the front desk service attitude is very good, check-in and check-out are fast, and the western food in the hotel tastes very good. r

The Langham, Shanghai, Xintiandi stojí u vstupu čtvrti Xintiandi, v těsné blízkosti obchodní ulice Huaihai a je obklopen mnoha moderními kluby, okouzlujícími mezinárodními restauracemi a designovými... Staff were great and welcoming and willing to help and assist. The room was big with the view of the city.
