Everything was squeaky clean, the room was big and the bathroom was perfect. Excellent attention from staff and at walking distance from the bus stop. Would TOTALLY book again!

I'M Room Suites Nuevos Ministerios - Bernabeu 'Digital Access' se nachází na ideálním místě ve čtvrti Tetuan v destinaci Madrid. Everything we needed was present, very clean space and easy to access. It’s not far from the airport if you use the metro line 8. I suggest it since it’s also in a nice part of Madrid and you can also visit the Santiago bernabeu

The hotel is in a fabulous location in the center of the old town. The hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if returning to Bilbao. The coffee shop in the lobby has great coffee and there’s a wonderful bakery just a few doors down for breakfast.

Rooms really quiet despite proximity to the airport - we had two connecting rooms on the 10th floor. Complementary soft drinks in the fridge were a nice touch.
