The hotel was amazing, the room was big and clean, the bathroom was really nice and we had a private balcony with the view of the pool. We used both pools (inside of the hotel and in front of it), we really liked the pool bar where we had fresh drinks and delicious meals. The breakfast was also great with many options. We tried the massage service as well and we really liked it. In front of the hotel, we could watch the most beautiful sunsets in Gili.

The ye property is so clean and the staff are just amazing. The breakfast was definitely the highlight of our stay. The pool area is also well kept. When coming back you’re always greeted with a warm “welcome back home”, awesome. The staff were so kind, they prepared and packed a breakfast for us when we were checking out. Great experience. The property is close to the beach and a lot of good restaurants and cafes.

When I saw that some customers gave a very bad notation to this hotel, honestly I was really afraid to book a night there ! But finally I tried my chance and I didn't regret it ! They are top on each topics : cleanliness, helpfulness, good and various breakfast, high level of services, the good price and so on … Thanks to all the staff, it is a big part of the strength of this hotel.They are all so exceptional. So I recommend highly this hotel and for sure I will return there if I come back to Jakarta.

Authentic, natural and peaceful, perfect for a couples retreat. The staff is extremely helpful and hospitable. Very clean hotel, beautiful pool and garden. Good breakfast in the room. The breakfast was delicious, served on the terrace every morning. The room was beautifully presented. It smelled clean, the bed was big and comfortable. Wonderful stay.
