Gave them a big hug after I left.

The room was spacious, spotless, and offered a breathtaking view of the sunrise over the rice fields. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in Ubud, Gynandha Cottage is an absolute delight. Highly recommended!

When I saw that some customers gave a very bad notation to this hotel, honestly I was really afraid to book a night there ! But finally I tried my chance and I didn't regret it ! They are top on each topics : cleanliness, helpfulness, good and various breakfast, high level of services, the good price and so on … Thanks to all the staff, it is a big part of the strength of this hotel.They are all so exceptional. So I recommend highly this hotel and for sure I will return there if I come back to Jakarta.

The hotel is wonderful, has the best sunset view and the staff is the kindest. Amazing breakfast. Best location of the island, away from the noise and crowds of the Gili T harbor. We also loved the room and toilet, extremely spacious and comfortable. The food is excellent in the Cloud 9 restaurant and lounge.
