It is a family run business and you will feel so welcomed by the wonderful owners and staff. Vikram and Shubhi are lovely and were so helpful whenever we needed something during our stay or even provided valuable tips for a good shopping experience in Jaipur. They recommended wonderful no bargain and fixed rate shops for textiles and souvenirs. They are also both very skilled and talented artists, so make sure to check out the little boutique corners in the property as well.

Built in 1903, the iconic Taj Mahal Palace stands majestically opposite the Gateway of India, overlooking the Arabian Sea. The hospitality details were incredible like the framed photo, being given a hard cover book and a hand written postcard, the treats in the room and that they were replenished. I just loved the whole experience.

Absolutely fantastic stay! Our large family group had an unforgettable experience at this hotel. The building itself was immaculate, reflecting the high standards maintained throughout. A special shout-out to the front desk staff including Prachi who ensured we had a hassle free check-in, whose warm welcome and exceptional service made us feel right at home. The breakfast spread was superb, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes, everyone in our group regardless of age had something special to pick from elaborate buffet spread. Additionally, the restaurant staff including Sherpa went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!

Room was very clean and neat. AC was effective and facilities inside the room were of high quality. Breakfast was also of high standard south Indian quality and delicious. Instead of going down to Annapoorna restaurant for food, it is better to order room service if you want to avoid crowd. When my wife fell sick in the hotel room during the stay, the staff was extremely helpful in contacting the doctor in the nearby hospital who arranged for an ambulance immediately and a doctor came to the room and attended to my wife very quickly. Injections and medicines were also arranged promptly.
