My room had a nice view over the Harbour, all the amenities necessary, it is spacious, nice TV, beautiful bathrooms, and free access to Spa (sauna/hammam/turkish bath) + the flying theater which is a must-do! I’ve had lunch in the restaurant and in room-dining service and would definitely recommend this place!

Shymkent Hotel offers a fitness centre and free WiFi. Free parking is available on site. The rooms have a balcony, TV and minibar. All rooms come with air conditioning and a private bathroom. Everything is great. The hotel is located in the city centre, just next to the main pedestrian zone Arbat. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was rich.

Butler service team accommodated every request on timely manner. Restaurant and bar service was wonderful, personable and prompt as well. We enjoyed our extremely large, quiet and well-decorated suit and amenities.

The atmosphere of the Hotel amongst the Forest and the Golf course without the noise of the city. It was a calming, soothing and serene experience and the set up of the hotel with mineral water flowing underneath and the amazing Purovel spa and the sumptuous food and service served at all the restaurants.

The spa and thé fitness room are excellent. Breakfast is delicious. The staff is very professional and helps you to make your stay the best possible. We really want to come back here.
