Offering a sauna and a fitness centre, Hilton Garden Inn Astana is located on the left bank of Ishim River in Astana. Free Wi-Fi and free parking are available. I had a truly wonderful experience staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Astana. From the moment I arrived, I was genuinely impressed by the incredibly warm and friendly staff - their kindness and attentiveness made all the difference and truly elevated my entire stay. They were always ready to assist with a smile, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere that I deeply appreciated. The room was spotless, everything worked perfectly, and one small but meaningful detail stood out to me - the window could be opened. Waking up and enjoying the fresh morning air was a real treat and something I always value in a hotel room. Although I didn’t try the hotel breakfast (I usually prefer to explore local cafés and cuisine), I discovered a true gem nearby: Lasania restaurant. It became my absolute favorite spot throughout the trip - I had breakfast, lunch, and dinner there, and each meal was better than the last. Their menu is Italian, the food is delicious, and the most important part - they have plenty of gluten free options! If you’re visiting Astana, this place is a must-try! In summary, I really enjoyed outstanding service and a great location of the hotel and I’m definitely looking forward to returning!

The reception team was very attentive and helpful. The rooms offered an excellent environment for rest — the design, furniture, and overall layout were of a high standard. The breakfast was also rich and plentiful with a full open buffet.

Butler service team accommodated every request on timely manner. Restaurant and bar service was wonderful, personable and prompt as well. We enjoyed our extremely large, quiet and well-decorated suit and amenities.
