There's parking at the front of the hotel, the location is close to some good dining options - all considered we are very happy to recommend Aidana Plaza hotel for staying in Shymkent.

All the staff at the reception , room services , restaurants are very professional, very polite and understanding . Special thank you to Dildora and Aruzan at the main restaurant for wonderful service and great food . Kamila at the reception desk is extremely accommodating . Definitely will come back .
