Special thanks to the St Regis’ Team as they made our 4-night stay unforgettable. Reception was warm and welcoming with early check-in. Butler service team accommodated every request on timely manner. Restaurant and bar service was wonderful, personable and prompt as well. We enjoyed our extremely large, quiet and well-decorated suit and amenities.

Rixos Turkistan se nachází v destinaci Türkistan a má terasu, bar a masérské služby. Na místě můžete využívat hammam. We had a very comfortable experience and felt truly relaxed as a family. The reception team was very attentive and helpful. The rooms offered an excellent environment for rest — the design, furniture, and overall layout were of a high standard. The breakfast was also rich and plentiful with a full open buffet.

Located centrally in Astana right next to Abu Dhabi Plaza, within walking distance to Bayterek Monument and Botanical garden, not far from major sports stadiums, Sheraton Astana Hotel provides... Staff is terrific. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food at Emilya is excellent.

Located amidst a dense forest of cypress trees and lush green landscapes, the resort is traversed by a small river that flows into an artificial lake within the resort. On the shores of this lake sits one of the hotel’s restaurants, providing a picturesque view of enjoyment and relaxation. The resort features a main restaurant that serves breakfast in a buffet style, offering a wide range of options to suit all tastes. It can be considered the best breakfast experience among most hotels and resorts in Kazakhstan where I have stayed. The main restaurant also occasionally offers lunch and dinner à la carte. However, at times, the restaurant closes and guests are asked to dine at one of the hotel’s other restaurants: one serving Kazakh cuisine, and the other by the lake offering international dishes, both operating on an à la carte basis. Additionally, there is a fourth restaurant with outdoor seating in the pool area, resembling more of a café, providing light meals and some beverages. The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and professional, speaking fluent English and always striving to assist guests and ensure their comfort. A special thank you to all the staff at this wonderful resort. A heartfelt thanks to the hotel manager, who worked to resolve an issue we encountered at one of the restaurants, she offered us a special discount, and sent us a room service treat. This truly made us happy, so we are very grateful to her.

Offering a sauna and a fitness centre, Hilton Garden Inn Astana is located on the left bank of Ishim River in Astana. Free Wi-Fi and free parking are available. I had a truly wonderful experience staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Astana. From the moment I arrived, I was genuinely impressed by the incredibly warm and friendly staff - their kindness and attentiveness made all the difference and truly elevated my entire stay. They were always ready to assist with a smile, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere that I deeply appreciated. The room was spotless, everything worked perfectly, and one small but meaningful detail stood out to me - the window could be opened. Waking up and enjoying the fresh morning air was a real treat and something I always value in a hotel room. Although I didn’t try the hotel breakfast (I usually prefer to explore local cafés and cuisine), I discovered a true gem nearby: Lasania restaurant. It became my absolute favorite spot throughout the trip - I had breakfast, lunch, and dinner there, and each meal was better than the last. Their menu is Italian, the food is delicious, and the most important part - they have plenty of gluten free options! If you’re visiting Astana, this place is a must-try! In summary, I really enjoyed outstanding service and a great location of the hotel and I’m definitely looking forward to returning!

Resident City Hotel se nachází 700 metrů od centra Almaty a nabízí ubytování s restaurací, bezplatným soukromým parkovištěm, fitness centrem a barem. Super comfortable bed, friendly and compassionate staff, delicious breakfast with good variety of options, great location and proximity to all the city's major sights---there's literally nothing I'd complain about. So happy I found this gem and it was super affordable.
