Travelling a lot and sleeping in many hotels gives you a sense of idea what to expect and what to look for - but wauw this hotel was surpassing all my expectations. The staff at the reception were extremely nice, friendly and truly cute! They could not be more cooperative and helpful. The location is thé best. Showers are powerful and something to look forward to every day. The beds are perfect. And the breakfast is very yummy and diverse. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

St. Regis Astana se nachází na břehu řeky Ishim v srdci Central Parku v hlavním městě Kazachstánu. Věž Bayterek, náměstí Nezávislosti a opera Astana jsou vzdálené 15 minut jízdy. I really liked the hotel. The rooms are so beautiful and spacious, the location is great, the room view is amazing. The most friendly and helpful staff I have ever met in Astana, especially the receptionist and Buttler. It was clean, stylish, with excellent service. The are restaurants and bars, where you can have a nice dinner or drinks. Also, you can fully relax in the Iridium spa, where you can find a swimming pool, a terrace with a city view, a hammam, a sauna, a massage, etc.

Wyndham Garden Astana se nachází v Astaně, 5 minut chůze od nákupního centra MEGA Silk Way a výstaviště Expo 2017 Astana. Nabízí bezplatné Wi-Fi ve všech prostorách. Clean, fresh, located near Mega Silkway mall, and not far from Astana airport.

Rixos Turkistan se nachází v destinaci Türkistan a má terasu, bar a masérské služby. Na místě můžete využívat hammam. We had a very comfortable experience and felt truly relaxed as a family. The reception team was very attentive and helpful. The rooms offered an excellent environment for rest — the design, furniture, and overall layout were of a high standard. The breakfast was also rich and plentiful with a full open buffet.

Shymkent Hotel offers a fitness centre and free WiFi. Free parking is available on site. The rooms have a balcony, TV and minibar. All rooms come with air conditioning and a private bathroom. Very good location for families with smaller children, amusement park for children on the opposite side of the road. Right next door is located Marlen a patisserie with great option there is also a shashlyk place next door though we did not try that. The Shymkent plaza is in walking distance 15-20 mins. The ladies at the reception were very kind and polite the gentleman can learn some of it yet. The cleaning lady was very nice, always asking us on the corridor what we need. In overall a great experience for great value.

Located centrally in Astana right next to Abu Dhabi Plaza, within walking distance to Bayterek Monument and Botanical garden, not far from major sports stadiums, Sheraton Astana Hotel provides... We loved every minute of our stay. It was a very special occasion for us, our first wedding anniversary and all the staff were very attentive. A very touching welcoming gift was very much appriciated when we arrived in our very comfortable and well equiped bedroom . We loved the view over snowy Astana. Dinner at Salter's was unforgettable and breakfast at Emilya's unbelievable. We will definitly come back, need to try the SPA!
