Hotel St. Regis Astana sa nachádza na brehu rieky Ishim v centre Central Parku v hlavnom meste Kazachstanu. Veža Bayterek, Námestie nezávislosti a Opera Astana sú vzdialené 15 minút jazdy. The hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The service, the cleanliness, the rooms were very good. Also the staff were great and always helpful. A really nice lady called SANDIRA helped us to find our way round the city very quickly and gave us very good recommendations for shopping and restaurants. We used the limousine service for several hours and looked round the whole city. The value for money was fine. Thank you for a great stay!

The room size is good and bathrooms are new , clean and comfortable. Staff is extremely helpful and kind. Try to help with anything we asked. Reception work perfect . We just loved the time we spend at this hotel. Watching show of fountains at night from the room balcony is the other bonus .

Facilities are new and well maintained,the location is very convenient,but the game changer is the staff working at the property,especially the way Mr.Sanzhar made an eye-contact as soon as we entered to the property,greeted us properly,finished our check-in process less than in 3 minutes including explanations of facilities and working hours,and the same way during our stay,always super friendly,professional and supportive,our stay was great, we would love to back! Breakfast was superb and I really enjoyed the spa and pool facilities. Staff were really friendly and the hotel is located next to the shopping centre. Also had good parking - would stay there again in my next visit!
