Reception was warm and welcoming with early check-in. Butler service team accommodated every request on timely manner. Restaurant and bar service was wonderful, personable and prompt as well. We enjoyed our extremely large, quiet and well-decorated suit and amenities.

Situated in Almaty, 20 km from Medeo, Swissôtel Wellness Resort Alatau Almaty features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a fitness centre and a bar. The atmosphere of the Hotel amongst the Forest and the Golf course without the noise of the city. It was a calming, soothing and serene experience and the set up of the hotel with mineral water flowing underneath and the amazing Purovel spa and the sumptuous food and service served at all the restaurants.

New and clean hotel. Breakfast was superb and I really enjoyed the spa and pool facilities. Staff were really friendly and the hotel is located next to the shopping centre. Also had good parking - would stay there again in my next visit!

My room had a nice view over the Harbour, all the amenities necessary, it is spacious, nice TV, beautiful bathrooms, and free access to Spa (sauna/hammam/turkish bath) + the flying theater which is a must-do! I’ve had lunch in the restaurant and in room-dining service and would definitely recommend this place!

Clean, spacious, everything looks like in the pictures and is up to high western standards. We felt very happy here and are sad that we could only stay a single night. Staff was also very helpful.

Facilities are new and well maintained,the location is very convenient,but the game changer is the staff working at the property,especially the way Mr.Sanzhar made an eye-contact as soon as we entered to the property,greeted us properly,finished our check-in process less than in 3 minutes including explanations of facilities and working hours,and the same way during our stay,always super friendly,professional and supportive,our stay was great, we would love to back!
