Lovely hotel, well situated, clean, comfortable, the best thing is the staff at the reception,they were very helpful and kind especially Shahan, Fouad, and Nader ..Sawsan at the housekeeping department is very kind and helpful . We would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

The gym is very nice and clean. Whole Prestige Heaven Staff were very friendly. Enjoyed the stay thats for sure. Also was provided with breakfast plan without asking.

Ramada by Wyndham Downtown Beirut is located 5 minutes' walk from the Beirut Water Front and from the famous new Zaytouna Bay, Beirut Souks Mall and entertainments. Very lovely staff especially ( Amira - Reservation Supervisor ) and. ( Ahmed - Bell man )
