Everyone and everything at the hotel was amazing. They go out of their way to make the guest stay comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel .

Hotel Oberland se těší malebné poloze v nadmořské výšce 940 metrů a je obklopen Alpami. Nabízí terasu s panoramatickým výhledem na údolí Rýna. Wi-Fi je zde dostupné zdarma. Breathtaking balcony view and great breakfast. Self-check-in was a good experience - just I would appreciate the toilets on the ground floor. There is no lift - which might cause problems to older or unable people.

We decided last minute to leave before breakfast because of a hike and when we texted her at 19.00 she offered to pack our breakfast for us so we would not need to wait until 07.30 for the breakfast to open in the next morning. We thought this was extra caring and appreciated her so much.

Both time the hotel upgraded my room to a family room. It's a super large room on the top floor with amazing view of the mountains, 2 large bedrooms and a giant bathroom with 2 showers plus 2 sinks. It's super spacious and extremely comfortable. The location is in the central of Malbun, right next to the chair lift station to Sareisjoch. Guests also receive guest card that offers free public transportation during the stay, plus many other benefits to the museums etc.

We had a problem with the check -in but it was easily and quickly resolved over the phone by calling the hotel staff at the number provided.

The variety and quality of the breakfast is excellent, and also the restaurant has a wide variety from the menu. The staff are very nice and friendly. The rooms are clean and large. Spectecular views of the mountain, too bad it wasn't snow season yet!
