Stunning view from the cliffside rooms, restaurant, and pool, looking out at the sea and sunset. Absolutely love that view! Food was great and staff were extremely welcoming and professional. Will be back!

Situated in the Bahan district of Yangon, Melia Yangon offers rooms with free WiFi. Among the various facilities of this property are a fitness centre, a bar and a restaurant. We had selected premiums room with lake view (non smoking) and the room provided by the hotel was excellent with a beautiful view of the lake. The room was spacious and is well planned. The breakfast is fantastic with a nice spread. The staff is warm and ready to help.

The staff Cherry & Khin Lay are super friendly and helpful, they took care on early check in, laundry, electric bike rental, hot air balloon and bus ticket booking, everything! The restaurant upstairs view and the background music is awesome. It's such a pleasure to stay here, feels home.

The room exceeds my expectations spacious, and luxurious, and smells fresh and clean. The Pier Bar in the rooftop, its an open air with a great city and pier view. I will come back again and I highly recommend The Rangoon Hotel a place to stay in Yangon. I would like to thank all the staff for your amazing kind and warm hospitality.

The staff were incredible, especially Mr Soe Moe who went above and beyond to ensure that I had a beautiful breakfast to eat every morning as I have allergies that prevent me from eating at the breakfast buffet (which my friends said was amazing!) We got massages and rented an e-bike through them as well, which were great. I can’t recommend this property enough!! The view from the roof is beautiful.

Nice location on the lake with mall and supermarket next door. Nice gym and pool either good breakfast. Nice lobby area. Special mention to Nandar and Alice as lovely staff members 😊
