Stunning view from the cliffside rooms, restaurant, and pool, looking out at the sea and sunset. Absolutely love that view! Food was great and staff were extremely welcoming and professional. I read a lot of reviews when selecting hotels on booking.com but rarely do I provide a review myself. This is absolutely the place to stay in Yangon. The hotel is one of the most beautiful and well appointed hotels I’ve ever stayed in - it rivals beautiful 5 star hotels in London or New York but at a fraction of the price. But the real stand out is the staff - they made us feel safe, secure, always friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Myanmar has significant challenges with civil unrest and yet this hotel - amid great difficulty - stays open and provides an exceptional, safe and friendly experience. So many other large international hotels have shut - it’s a testament to the staff and owners this hotel remains open and running in such a professional way. Breakfast was delicious and we also had lunch and dinner at the hotel - all three I can recommend. I also tried the spa and had a Burma massage and it was great. We loved Yangon and we loved this hotel!

I liked the price, it is excellent for a 5 stars hotel very well located with an amazing view on a lake. The buffet was good (not impressive but good). The rooms are very good and the lounge is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff Cherry & Khin Lay are super friendly and helpful, they took care on early check in, laundry, electric bike rental, hot air balloon and bus ticket booking, everything! The restaurant upstairs view and the background music is awesome. It's such a pleasure to stay here, feels home.

We really liked the hotel, very friendly staff, the room was comfortable and very clean, there was hot water and electricity all the time, the location was good, the area was safe and picturesque. Breakfast is normal, there are dishes for every taste (portions to choose from, not a buffet, but there is enough food). The price is very reasonable for this level. I recommend this hotel. I liked everything, the service was good
