While the decor and furnishings are not the newest, they are still in good condition and maintain a cozy atmosphere. The pool is large and well-maintained, with plenty of sunbeds available. However, some of them didn’t have mattresses, which made lounging a bit less comfortable. The location is convenient, even if you’re relying on a car that’s not in the best condition. Everything essential for a relaxing stay is available at the hotel. Overall, a great choice for those looking for a comfortable and affordable stay with good service. Would definitely consider staying here again!

The location of the hotel is great, the apartment was huge, the beds were very comfortable and big, the place was spotless, the pool on the 99th floor has an amazing view, the cocktails in the bar were also amazing.

KLoe will definitely be our go to hotel in KL in future!

Nestled in the very heart of Kuala Lumpur's Golden Triangle and just steps away from the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC, The RuMa means home in its literal sense. Beautiful 5 star hotel. Totally worth the price. You have to get the breakfast there. So delicious.
