Location, cleanliness, environment, facility. Location is so good, just next to bus station (interchange), just get off bus from airport..1 min walk to get into Drifter Christchurch. Bus to Akaroa or to Tekapo/Mt Cook...also right next to the hostel. So good that no need to rush with all luggage. Cleanliness in room, shared toilet/shower, social area, kitchen. Environment -- I really like lighting, decoration in social area, feel warmed Facility -- my first time to use virtual key through App which is cool and make me feel safe. The bunk bed seems stronger than other hostel (at least the best in my whole trip) so I wasn't afraid bothering others all the time.

The Octagon, the university, and many restaurants are an easy walk. The suite was actually an amazing apartment. Very comfortable and incredibly spacious. I would definitely stay there again.

Very classic and unique boutique hotel with amazing design! One the most interesting hotel we've been. Its an old university building with rich heritage. Staffs are super friendly and supportive.

Imagine our surprise when we were greeted with freshly made pizzas! After a long journey, this unexpected gesture of hospitality was exactly what we needed. The excellent service continued throughout our stay. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. The hotel's central location was also a major plus, making it easy to walk to many of Auckland's top attractions. We highly recommend the voco Auckland City Centre to anyone visiting Auckland. Their commitment to guest satisfaction, particularly their willingness to go the extra mile, truly sets them apart.
