From the room to the services, everything was exceptional. All the staff members (breakfast team, receptionists, drivers, and security guards) were always attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed, and made us feel like a piece of El Nido was home. Elize was particularly helpful during our stay, offering the best advice and being patient in answering all our requests. She truly made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Dan for welcoming us so warmly and to Jonathan for the ride back to the airport. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting El Nido and will definitely be back!

Breakfast and the Staff ( Dani and Charlie particularly) rooftop bar and the view. Even though we were early to check in, they checked us in 2 hours earlier than normal check in time and they gave us a voucher to use it at the rooftop bar while we were waiting for the room to be prepared. Our flight was at 5:30 pm but a late check out wasn't possible but they gave us a voucher to have a drink at the rooftop bar again.

You get what you pay for. Their staff was very accommodating and very hospitable. The breakfast is superb. 👌🤙🏻👍🏻 The rooms were very clean and spacious. Highly recommended!!!

Very nice Hotel. Friendly staff! Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Good location. Good AC. Will come back for sure!
