The hotel was in an ideal location, near restaurants and convenience stores. Abed, one of the staffs is super accommodating and helpful. And so was Laith, the owner of the property made sure that we were well taken cared off. He was kind enough to include us in the dinner preparations even though we shouldn’t have as we had no prior reservations for dinner. but since they had a group that did, and we just got in (checked in) from another place, he offered to serve us dinner. the rooms were big enough for us to feel comfortable, to fit our luggages inside the room too and to enjoy our stay. The owner responds quick to our queries and our needs. We appreciate the kind treatment that Laith and Abed has given us during our stay. Thank you!

The Walled Off Hotel se nachází hned vedle separační zdi v Betlémě v Palestině a svým hostům poskytuje silný smysl pro historii, duchovnost a emoce. We loved everything, this is the most unique hotel we have ever seen! We practically slept in a contemporary art exhibition! Restaurant and staff are amazing and are perfectly completing the experience! Don’t miss it!

The hotel is perfectly located in the old town, a few minutes walk away from the Church of Nativity. You have to go through a busy market to get there, which I enjoyed. I also walked this route in the evening alone and it was safe. The reception staff were very kind and helpful. There was a great selection of breakfast, and the staff was very welcoming.
