But to summarize it...if you are thinking of booking this place - just do it... This place is Elite standard...if you want hit and miss service along with flaws then places like Wyndham, Ramada, Premier Inn etc is the place for you. I am perplexed for anyone giving any bad negative reviews. The level of customer focus and attention is not something I've experienced to this standard. Every wish is granted even when you are thinking about it as well lol The lobby is stunning, the beach is immaculate and the swimming pool is great especially with the hot weather. I came with my family and kids. They loved it and they have been thinking about it since we left lol. You also have a private butler for each room that offers an ironing service. Also the room is cleaned and topped up regularly - I estimated 2-3 times a day with towels, water and even chocolates. One day looking to go back again and spend a bit longer . Thank you st Regis.

We were both very impressed with our 2 night stay at this property. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious and extremely quiet overnight. And it was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable with quality linen and pillows. A good selection for breakfast. Loved the rooftop pool. Close to Souq Waqif which is well worth an evening visit.

First of all we asked for an early check in. We had a baby with us and it would be very convenient to have the room early. They managed to give us the room. The facilities are amazing. Really nice yards with the rooms, sitting areas and swimming pool. The room was spacious with a huge bed and some coffee/tea amenities. Just out of the door is the beach and the souq nearby. Convenient, quiet location, suitable for families. Very friendly staff, really nice people. The breakfast was nice, arabic and intercontinental choices.
