Very kind and generous with all the guest. The example where people make the place.

Very clean, modern, felt safe, it was comfortable, it's well positioned and easy to reach. You have an online app where you can open doors, checkin, pay etc. They also offer underground parking for good price, but in my case there was no spot left. However it was easy to find parking place in front of the hotel. There's a supermarket downstairs in case you need anything or you can walk to the city center, it's a few minutes away by foot. It was decently quiet, however might hear some noise from people enjoying drinks outside of the supermarket downstairs, but nothing out of the ordinary. Since no one was at the reception neither on arrival or departure we left having the feeling Booking will handle payment. A few hours later someone called us because we didn't pay. Issue was quickly resolved via their online app, people I have phoned with were friendly and helpful. I am sorry for the small confusion.

Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out .Staff was really helpful and courteous .Food and service in the restaurant was top notch. We were on a business trip, but we will definitely recommend it, and we will be back for leisure in the future.

I had a wonderful experience at Ramada hotel. From the moment I arrived the staff were welcoming, professional and incredibly helpful. The check in process was smooth and efficient. My room was nice, clean, spacious and the price was good including breakfast.I enjoyed the breakfast buffet which offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The location is ideal for traveling, close to airport. I would not hesitate to book here again and highly interest it to anyone visiting the area.

Hotel u dálnice, krásné pokoje, pohodlné postele. Před hotelem je benzinka, čistička aut, fastfood i restaurace. Z oken jsme viděli úžasné Rapa Rosie, vjezd na polní cestu, která ke skalám vede, byl jen pár metrů pod mostem. Snídaně bufetového typu vynikající. Byli jsme moc spokojeni.

Been here for the second time at Crystal and for sixth time in Sovata. The hotel has very good facilities, the spa, the staff always kind, polite and ready to help you. The food is delicous, the spa is great, heated pools, sauna always ready at any hour in the schedule. The room is cosy, clean and well equiped. Congrats for the great job you are doing!
