They were very flexible with early check -in and we are very greatful for that!! ❤️

Everything was great and we felt very comfortable. We loved our stay at Craft Inn. It was easy to find parking and the location is very close to the Old Town. The staff were great as well and breakfast was delicious.

Z oken jsme viděli úžasné Rapa Rosie, vjezd na polní cestu, která ke skalám vede, byl jen pár metrů pod mostem. Snídaně bufetového typu vynikající. Byli jsme moc spokojeni.

Very clean, modern, felt safe, it was comfortable, it's well positioned and easy to reach. You have an online app where you can open doors, checkin, pay etc. They also offer underground parking for good price, but in my case there was no spot left. However it was easy to find parking place in front of the hotel. There's a supermarket downstairs in case you need anything or you can walk to the city center, it's a few minutes away by foot. It was decently quiet, however might hear some noise from people enjoying drinks outside of the supermarket downstairs, but nothing out of the ordinary. Since no one was at the reception neither on arrival or departure we left having the feeling Booking will handle payment. A few hours later someone called us because we didn't pay. Issue was quickly resolved via their online app, people I have phoned with were friendly and helpful. I am sorry for the small confusion.

The staff is very friendly, and the view from the restaurant where you have a free drink is mind blowing. I will definitely visit again!
