House keepers were amazing Staff members and managers attitude and support were in its best. Eray , Emre, Sabrina and Besta were always nice to us. Definitely recommended

The staff were very helpful specially Mr. Ibrahim or Khalil who did the check-in we arrived at 10am where he gave us the room and he surprised us as he offered us a breakfast for this day. thank you very much Mr. Ibrahim. Breakfast, location, services, and cleanliness were excellent in the hotel. i will stay again in this hotel.

Bentley Hotel Old City-Special Class se nachází v atraktivní lokalitě v destinaci Istanbul a nabízí pokoje s klimatizací, zahradu, bezplatné Wi-Fi a terasu. Skvělá lokalita v centru, vše bylo skvělé, pouze pokoje jsou malé a výhled byl do ne zcela čistého vnitrobloku. Ale každopádně můžeme na kratší pobyt v centru doporučit.

Krásný pohodlný pokoj. Dobra dostupnost do centra. Parkování. Perfektní přístup majitelů - posledni den nám pan recepční pomohl odmrazit auto a koupil nám na cestu bagetu ! Děkujeme

Downtown Sirkeci Hotel se nachází v ideální lokalitě v centru města Istanbul a poskytuje snídani formou bufetu a bezplatné Wi-Fi ve všech prostorách. Excellent service from beginning to end! Arrived before check in and was greeted with tea and drinks. Location is outside Sirkeci metro station and right near Gulhane Tram station, easy to see Topkapi, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar, on same tram line. Ertan was excellent at front of house, he provided us with different recommendations for restaurants and told us of good shopping places. He also assisted in getting the Istanbulkart by taking me to the station. If you need anything they are always on hand to advise. The rooms were typical size for the location and price. Although small as individual rooms the family connecting rooms with the doorway provided room for luggage. As I leaving early for airport they provided me complimentary breakfast package for the whole family and gave the women really nice purses as a gift. I cant say how much they made us feel so welcome, their hospitality was amazing! I would recommend coming here again and i will do so myself. They have late night shopping right on the door step also. Istanbul experience was made so much better with the friendly faces at the hotel. A big thank you to Ertan, Fouad, Esat Abdul, Sobhi and Oguzhan. Brand new hotel, modern rooms, amazing location but exceptional hospitality.

Sabiha Sultan Hotel-Karakoy se nachází v ideální lokalitě v centru města Istanbul. Náměstí Taksim se nachází 1,3 km daleko a Stanice metra Taksim 1,5 km. where to start....10/10 location. couldnt ask for a better location. no slopes and you can walk to Tophane station in 3 min. from there you can take tram to Karakoy and then from there Finikler to Istaklal cad. one end or from Tophane to Kabatas and then Finikler (tunnel train) to Taksim square (other side of istaklal. you can also take Tophane to any of the stations to Sultanahmet, Eminonu or Kapali charsi. Best of all the location of hotel is on a very quiet street so absolutely no noise except for sound of prayer in early morning because mosque is very near. The room.was very big and beds were very very comfortable. best of all the lifesaver was the elevator. Staff very very helpful as they helped with stroller everyday on entrance stairs and bags coming and leaving hotel. When we asked for new bedsheets and pillows, iron and blankets they gave immediately. windows opened so lots of fresh air. room was very nice and bright.
