From the greeting by the parking valet (John) and staff at the reception desk to check-out, the hotel provided 5-star quality that exceeded my expectations. The oceanfront room was spacious, spotlessly clen and well appointed, with actual glasses (instead of plastic). The (queen-sized) beds were very comfortable and the shower was fantastic. The breakfast that was included with the room was excellent, with a good variety of tasty food on offer, served on real plates with metal cutlery and glasses and mugs.

It smelt fresh and clean compared to other hotels in Vegas. Staff were super polite, approachable and friendly and answered our many many questions. Restaurants inside all of amazing quality. Highly recommend.

It was perfect. I have experienced many types of hotels in the U.S, but the breakfast at this hotel was the best. The breakfast was good, the room was in good condition, and the pool maintenance was very good.

The room and reception was exactly as in the photos! Staff is really polite and helpful and the hotel has 2 charging stations for EV/PHEV cars! If the weather was a bit warmer we would have enjoyed some time outside playing cornhole or by the swimming pool!

You could see the friendliness and the intention to help was genuine. Since we walked to the staff was amazing. I’m a handicapped person and the room I got was wonderful. The stress I get from traveling and the hotel bathrooms was none existent here. The bathroom was spacious, with hand held shower head and it even a bench. I thought I might have to sacrifice the view for a handicapped room, that was not the case. The view was amazing. I can’t thank the staff enough for the excellent service we received. Can’t wait to visit other Citizen M hotels.
