Chef has 20 years experience on cruise line, menu was exceptional. All staff were friendly, efficient and happy. Accommodation was very comfortable, including bedding and pillows. Continental breakfast was included. Lovely pool and bar, outdoor dining, gardens. Location was convenient, bakery across the street. Staff made sure we were safe and secure during Cyclone Lola arrival by supplying towels, flashlights, water. Meals delivered to our room during that unsafe time. Hotel has a generator in case of power outage.

Occupying a prime waterfront location, Grand Hotel and Casino offers air-conditioned rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies. Staff very helpful and friendly. Facilities were great, some minor issues re main toilets but easily resolved with two other options. Felt safe and welcomed each time we entered and left the premise.

Mike sam and family were extremely welcoming in their home, and you could tell they put genuine effort into making our stay comfortable and memorable. The tree house is awesome with a great view, the functional toilet is a luxury. Would happily stay for much longer in this beautiful part of Tanna. What a wonderful hotel in the heart of Luganville! Mary Jane was an incredible hostess, who helped me with great recommendations of what to do and visit in Espiritu Santo island during my 3-day stay. Hotel with a great price for what it offers, where I had an amazing time, in a comfy bedroom. The breakfast and dinner options were both very tasty! I absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Luganville. If one day I come back to Santo, I know just where to stay ;)
