The extra charge for additional drinks and items was a little strange and a new concept for us ..but I do understand it´s all about cost control ..so not a real problem after all. The staff ..view and whole package was amazing. Invited my friends for breakfast ..they live in CPT ..and were suitabley impressed. Keep up the good work and I will be booking the whole family villa for my birthday in a few years

They were always ready to assist with any request or inquiry, ensuring that I felt well taken care of throughout my time at the hotel.
