The W-Collection Esplanade Hermanus se nachází v dobré lokalitě v centru města Hermanus a poskytuje bezplatné Wi-Fi ve všech prostorách a terasu. We entered a brand new complex, modern, well designed. Kind receptionist helped quickly with the luggage to the room. We booked a family suite with pool entrance. An amazing unit for families and friends. A straight 1 min walk to the front lookout to the ocean. A great location in the center of everything. Very safe strolling around, also at night time.

From the start till the end of our stay, we were simply blown away by the hospitality, the design, the location, the views, and the fantastic welcoming staff. We came for a trip to South Africa to celebrate my birthday and the staff prepared a beautiful welcome setting in our room. The rooms are impeccably stylish and comfortable, everything is thought through till the very detail, and the views from the hotel are just out of this world. What needs a special praise is the cafe/restaurant area and oh god the delicious breakfasts!! Downright best breakfasts we have ever had in a hotel. We also enjoyed coming up for an evening drink (the restaurant makes very nice cocktails) and enjoying the ocean view. Finally a huge thank you to all the staff who were just beyond amazing - it truly felt like home. As for the location, it was a great and safe spot for a Cape Town visit location in good uber distance to all major sightseeing spots. Can't recommend this place enough and simply can't wait to return!!!

To top it all Patricia at the Spa from the first conversation her service was exseptional. One of the best meggages, Patricia Thank you is not enough. Situated within the Ukhahlamba Drakensberg World Heritage Site, this 4-star hotel is surrounded by gardens and overlooks the Drakenberg Mountains. Absolutely our favourite stay in South Africa! Quiet, peaceful with the best views on the mountains! And all the hiking routes available are wonderful! We had great food, the staff are friendly and the cats are very friendly as well.
