The service was excellent, and the location was fantastic. The room and balcony were HUGE, very well lit, and the balcony had plenty of privacy. The breakfast spread was impressive and we loved the high tea experience. We also highly recommend spending a lazy day in a cabana on the beach at Sunset Beach Lounge. There's absolutely no need to leave the resort during your stay because this place has everything covered. We felt like kings and queens with the level of service and attentiveness of each and every staff.

I loved the location and ambience . The staff are all warm and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble from the room chambermaids, to the room service/dining. The reception are all friendly, professional and efficient and the welcoming team (I must mention Hussein who was lovely and always had a smile on his face) and the men that drive the buggies are polite, friendly and well informed- I really can’t complain! Thank you for marking my birthday - a lovely touch. The rainforest experience is something you must try and the gazelles and camels wandering about is mesmerising! The hotel is amazing, the architecture is unique. The weather there is cool even during july as there are no buildings around and lot of greens. Mr.Mustafa from reception was lovely and gave us very nice room. Thank you again Mustafa, you have been a wonderful host. The pool closing at 9h30pm it gives you the time to enjoy swiming by night. We received nice amenities, fruits and sweets to our room complimentary from hotel. The design of the room is great with a nice deco and roof design.

This is my favourite hotel in Ras Al Khaimah. Lovely grounds, comfortable room with all the expected facilities, fantastic breakfast with lots of choice, all nice and fresh, and friendly and helpful staff in all departments. And lots of car parking spaces, even at the weekend.

Right from checkin to hassle free checkout, every phase of hotelier commitments during booking is expedited in an excellent " customer delight" mode. And Nrw celebration night with music, dance & food is mind blowing. Can say in routine that room is good, breakfast is good, hygiene is good, all toilettries provided etc are tip of iceberg of this property but ultimate satisfaction during over night stay expirinced by me. In a month or so my family us coming and this property is my final destination to book couple of rooms. Thanks to " booking.com", to suggest this , such a nice place!

Our group loved the all inclusive package! Great options for the drinks, food, and bars/cafe. Perfect vacation! The front desk officer, Mr. Warren welcomed us warmly(after a long drive from Abu Dhabi) and made sure that our needs are met and the stay was perfect!
