A lot of breakfast choices, all very good, all fresh. Staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Rooms were among the cleanest I have ever seen in any hotel in the world. This hotel was outstanding in every way.

The hotel was easy to drive to and very easy parking. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable with a view over the river. I liked the price of the room. I had an easy walk to the old town area where I attended one of the best rated Christmas Markets in Europe. The staff was very helpful upon check in. The young man of Bosnian/American descent was very friendly and helpful to me. I really appreciate that as I had never been to Trier before. He helped show me where to park the car and then pointed me in the right direction to get to the amazing Christmas Market. Everything went very well here, and I was happy with my stay. I will for sure stay here again if I come back some day. I mean... when I come back some day!!
