I loved it! I could stay there for a week! Paula, our hostess, makes it so welcoming and comfortable! Everything is spot on. The lovely breakfast room. The wonderful breakfast. The homemade jam! ( Leave room in your suitcase!). The gardens are beautifully, complete with a dining table so you can enjoy the garden. The linens are wonderful. Plus, there are flannels (washcloths)! The location is perfect. Sleep with the windows open. Paula, is the best! There is no need to go anywhere else!

Visiting from America this hotel certainly met my expectations for staying in a historic property! So much atmosphere! Loved it. Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff that went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and the best it could be. Thank you to them. Great location, close to the Abbey and Chalice Well. We had dinner at the hotel and the food and service were excellent. Parking at the rear in the pay car park was convenient and reasonable. Would certainly stay again and highly recommend.

Wookey Hole Hotel is an amazing place! We've been there for the Summer Bank Holiday weekend and enjoyed it so much. The food is delicious and plenty and the location ia great as it's close to the main tourist attractions! Would definitely come back!
