After an overnight coach, we're very tired and drunk all water. When we arrived, the staff refilled our bottles with both hot and cold water. It's a very warm welcome. Many thanks! After we left the city, we noticed that we had left our hot water bottle in our room, the staff kept it for us so we could get it back for our journey. So loving they're! For the location, it's easy to reach the hotel as it's very close to the train station. The room was clean and quiet, so we had a very good recovery from our long journey. The breakfast was great and there're many options. We enjoyed our stay there and we feel lucky to have stay there at our first night, so that we recovered very well. Would like to return again in the future :)

Nice location in a room with 3(!) beds, wonderful staff, delicious breakfast. Within comfortable waking distance from phenomenal attractions such as the castle, the jail and amazing restaurants and pubs.
