This b&b was a most magical experience, from the moment we stepped into the garden full of beautiful roses and bunnies and birds, to the dining room brimming with enchanting decor, Fredricia was so wonderfully warm and welcoming and gave us the honeymoon suite .. the decor was fairy tale like, you would expect Alice to appear at any time. The minute attention to detail in every corner was awesome. The homemade baking for breakfast was absolutely delicious and the breakfast display was a visual feast. Such a magical experience from start to finish

Friendly and hospitable staff: She helped us with our luggage deposit and introduced all kinds of detailed tourist information like ferry timetable etc. Well maintained room and clean restroom. Nice view from the window. Decent breakfast on the terrace. Sweet garden. Convenient transportation: close to the dock and train station.

An excetional interior decoration with great attention to detail. We enjoyed our stay, a very frienly landlady and a breakfast accompanied by Italian opera tunes. Very close to the town centre, waterfront and tourist boat pier.

We stayed at Hotel Nazionale in January and it turned out to be unforgettable. We have never been greeted so warmly and caringly in any hotel. Got a free room upgrade and a bottle of prosecco for my birthday. Kudos to the staff for their help with all questions and requests. The room itself was very cozy, bright and warm. Cleaning was done every day and was perfect. There were no problems with hot water, the shower was good. The location is ideal - near the embankment, the old town, cafes and restaurants, a small store, a public transport stop and a ferry. The birthday was perfect and we will definitely be back. Thank Hotel Nazionale for the nice stay!

We randomly chose the accommodation and were soo very happy when we arrived. The staff were very helpful and very easy to deal with. The all had a good grasp of English which make things far easier. We had an issue with our car and the staff went out of their way to sort the problem. We are sorry that our stay was only one night and if ever we came this way again we would make a point of staying at the Hotel. We can' recommend this accommodation highly enough. Especially the staff who were simply amazing. Thanks for everything.

super lovely staff, amazing view, sweet and helpful people. and apparently u can ask for rooms w renovated bathroom, but even the slightly older bathrooms were kept so so very clean, like new, just older style.
