The first room thata we received was not good (bad smell, poor cleaness). We have asked in reception to change room and immediately We have received a really nice upgraded room, with view to the Pisa Tower.

I have checked in on 31 december 2022 and checked out on 3 january 2023. The most amazing thing is that the Hotel Il Giardino it’s like 20 meters away from the Pisa Duomo (Pisa tour, Baptistery, etc) The second good thing is that you have a lot of restaurants literally attached to the Hotel (McDonalds and Posto - a local authentic italian brasserie) and a lot of stalls where they are selling souvenirs. The old city center its like 5 minutes away by foot where you have a lot of restaurants with AMAZING ITALIAN FOOD! The third amazing thing is that you have a bus station literally over the street, you just have to go outside the hotel and just cross the street on the other side. The staff was absolutely amazing and very friendly :) By the way, at the first floor you have a very nice terrace where you can stay and relax having a little brunch.

Localization is just amazing - I could see Piazza dei Miracoli and distant mountains from my room window. Very kind personel and easy check-in, even late at night. Simple but very good breakfast. I really liked my stay and would consider this place during my next travel to Pisa!

Overall a great stay. We managed to self check-in around 11 pm. The room was clean and spacious, same about the bathroom. I enjoyed having a high ceiling. We dropped our bags and walked to the tower in three minutes. There were almost no one there at night. The location is exceptional.

The room is super nice, clean with everything needed. The woman that took care of us at arrival and for breakfast the next morning and for check-out was so kind and so smiling, it is always a plus for me when I stay somewhere. The breakfast during Covid is served as room service which was a first for us, and it was very cool ! They make you chose what you want the day before, and what time approximately, and they bring it to you the next morning. They didn't forget anything and they add some like stuff too. The cappucini were very good, the bread too ! Obviously it's amazingly situated, very close to the Pisa tower and then we walked all around Pisa. I think it's a great value accomodation in Pisa !

Everything. The location was right at the leaning tower, the duomo, the baptistery so perfect, I could see the tower from my room. Beautiful room with an amazing shower in the bathroom. Lovely staff and a cosy living room and balcony space with coffee and aperitifs. 💯 recommend

Lovely hotel, very comfortable and relaxing. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. Perfect locatiom beside the tower. A short walk to restaurants, shops and the river.
