Located 14 km from Arenal Volcano National Park, Lomas del Volcan offers lush gardens, an outdoor pool and a hot tub. Each air-conditioned cabin has free Wi-Fi and flat-screen cable TV. Amazing bungalow with volcano views. Staff were wonderful and the restaurant and food was great, especially the breakfast. The wildlife was fabulous - a real feeling of being close to the forest and having it's own private trail was a bonus. We will visit again.

The staff is super friendly, the beds are very comfortable, and the hot springs are also nice. The property has a small farm where you can sometimes spot sloths. David was always super polite and sweet trying to help us find the sloths. We also got lots of nice suggestions at the reception desk regarding what to do during our time in La Fortuna.

Very nice property, close to forest and river with a small hiking trail and beautiful gardens... Love the fact that is at very convenient location, out of the noise of downtown but only 10 minutes away from the hotsprings areas..

Pura Vida Hotel is located in Alajuela and is surrounded by extensive tropical gardens. We stayed here twice: When we arrived in Costa Rica and the Night before we left. We highly recommend it! Everything is amazing: The Casitas, the dogs, very good breakfast and late night snack… the Garden is absolutely beautiful and the owner Berni is very kind and helpful! It really was perfect ❤️
