We loved the location, the friendliness of every single staff member whom we encountered, our suite (which was a very pleasant surprise), the nooks and crannies throughout the grounds and inside the hotel, the ambiance, our comfortable bed, the scenery, the decor, and the complimentary breakfast.

The location was really good (10 mins walking from the main square, but not at a crowded spot), and easy to find on arrival. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. Our room was very comfortable (we were staying in a triple room), and it had good heating (also plenty of extra blankets) and hot water all day round. Rémy is a fantastic host, he helped us with everything and communication was very smooth. The place also has an incredible rooftop terrace with great views, very enjoyable on a sunny day.

Dar Sultan is located in the historic quarter of Kasbah, close central Tangier. Set within a 300-year old Moroccan-style house, it is just a few hundred metres from the beach. Perfect! Dar Sultan is located right in the heart if the Kasbah, the best part of the city! It is within walking distance to our favorite places in town. The place itself is simply stunning. A hidden palace in the tiny streets of the old town. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was stellar. One of the best we've ever had.
