The staff - especially Kamil was wonderful. We had to seek medical attention and Kamil accompanied us, helped us with translation and even paid some fee in polish currency- not usual for normal hotel staff. We have also received a free room upgrade. Kamil was by far the most service oriented person and the hotel should be lucky to have him. On our departure day he arranged a very affordable taxi ride for a longer distance.

Housed in a 130-year-old building right in the centre of Sosnowiec, Hotel Centrum Sosnowiec features the Warszawska restaurant and rooms with free WiFi. It is 300 metres from the Plaza shopping... Girls at the front desk and housekeeping were extremely nice. Very helpful! The room I originally got was by the elevator, which for a light sleeper like myself isn’t ideal. They switched my room right away. I slept like a baby for the two nights I stayed at the hotel.
