Even after prior telephonic confirmation and written emails and Booking .com message for confirming free early chk in we were charged full extra day. At the time was chek in horrible experience at early morning with font desk and a rude manager. The loud party and noises overnight was extremely disturbing and could not allow us to sleep. one of the bedsheet had stains and dirty. We will never stay again
