First and foremost, I'd like to start off with saying the staff was incredibly personable, kind, and helpful. The auditors were all very friendly. The cleaning staff was also very nice and offered daily turndown and laundry service. The centralized location and convenience were a huge plus. I felt very safe here. Within the same plaza, you'll find several businesses such as an Oxxo, a confectionary shop, an ice cream parlor, a churro stand (my favorite!), a bank, and a fine dining establishment to name a few.

Location, I called the hotel to see if they would accept a little chihuahua, they said yes for a small fee , they did not say how much then after arrival they changed the accommodation to a old , smelly and not in shape villa they calll it, dirty water and charged over 60% additional for changing the room.
