Friendly welcoming (even while I booked last min and arrived not so long after). So there was not so much choice for rooms: everything is in good condition. The bathroom is on the tiny side but functional. However, the walking distance and numbers of stairs was really too much for a disabled person. My mistake as I did not realise the hotel was so big (since I looked on google street view). As a result, I park right in front of the hotel and the next morning, as I tried to get out the main door was locked. A very friendly lady helped me very well though. A pity nothing was shared by mail prior the arrival to explain clearly where to park. For a short stay, it was ok and the ratio price/quality is fine. Thank you and all the best!

Room was nice clean and comfortable, however being in the centre, it was a little noisy with people shouting to each other outside for a while. Breakfast is a simple continental style one, which was as described and perfectly adequate.

Secure underground parking for our motorbikes (booking.com doesn't seem to recognise them as a means of transport, 1/10 for booking.com) We could leave our gear on the the bikes, very convenient. Rooms have little kitchens, would be great if you are staying for a few days. Corn bread toasties are excellent, good breakfast. Staff were very friendly, Close proximity to an Irish bar, which for us Scots was especially welcome, but not the hangover :-) Much, much, better than the hotel we had in Alkmaar, which was twice the price ......
