“The staff was wonderful. Jessica, at the front desk was so helpful. My air conditioner wasn't working optimally and she personally came up to check it out and then moved me to a room next door. She also said she would take 20% off my bill for the inconvenience of moving. I also loved that they had clean washers and dryers...only $1 each. My car battery was dead the morning I was leaving and they had their maintenance person come jump me. He also advised me on where I could get my oil changed. I was very grateful for all their help. Also, the rooms had been renovated and were great! New carpet and clean white linens! I think this was the best hotel I stayed at on an 8,000+ mile trip!”
