「The room I was given first, was on the upper level at the back corner of the property. It had a humid atmosphere and a funny smell. My friend has issues with mold, so she was uncomfortable staying in that room. When I asked the desk clerk if there was another available double room, she said that all were booked at my price level. Then she proceeded to give me an upgraded room on the front, with no additional charge. She said that she didn't want my friend to risk a health issue, and that they would be sure to air and freshen that upstairs room before renting it to anyone. I give her BIG points for that. The room we were given was fresh and wonderfully comfortable. For the reasons I just mentioned, I would stay here again.」
