  「It was a spur of the moment booking done without research and we were very pleased with the property, especially the spacious and slightly old-fashioned room, which had a lot of atmosphere despite being the least expensive one. The valet parking was a nice touch with the car being brought out and ready next morning. Also, as we departed, we were given a bottle of water for the road, nice touch. Overall, the feel of the hotel was like a quality of the "old days" - sixties perhaps - with genuine attention to the customers, most of which were clearly discerning people above the age of 50. The quality of the restaurant was fabulous, almost Michelin Star level, and so it also came at a price of course. Nice view of the Rhone River flowing by」
