I had a query, and despite it being very busy, Alisha, who was on the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure my query was fully resolved. I appreciated the fact that the management was always available and willing to assist. The housekeeping service was also excellent, going above and beyond. With the presence of security, I felt safe at all times. The conference rooms available were adequate, secluded, and private, ensuring uninterrupted business conferences. This was an additional bonus. Additionally, the restaurant provided amazing food. Leaving will be bittersweet. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone who works there. It has been an absolute pleasure staying at your hotel.
