Ace Hotel Kyoto features free bikes, fitness centre, a garden and terrace in Kyoto. Staying at the Ace hotel in Kyoto was one of the best hotels days during my trip to Japan. The rooms are so thoughtful he designed, the bath products are high quality (smelled so good!), the bed/linens were extremely comfortable, the turntable/vinyls in the room were a fun way to discover new sounds. The lobby, roof restaurant, and bar inside were always full with locals so you didn’t feel like you were surrounded by tourists at all times. the cocktails were stellar. The space just had a really creative vibe to it, which I appreciate! Oh and the gym was updated and modern, making it easier to prioritize when traveling. And the coffee downstairs was exceptional. But probably equally important was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was extremely friendly. there was a few nights where I didn’t make reservations and they helped me find a quality, loca spot to dine at when it was getting late. And they also helped me when I needed to get in contact with a doctor and my google searches (and lack of Japanese language) ran dry. Cant recommend this hotel enough. I wish there were more around the globe!

Well situated in the Nakagyo Ward district of Kyoto, MIMARU SUITES Kyoto Central is set 1.5 km from Nijo Castle, 1.2 km from Kyoto Shigaku Kaikan Conference Hall and 1.8 km from Samurai Kembu Kyoto. The stay was amazing because of the staff coupled with an excellent decor, cleanliness and location. The staff was super with the kids and always there to help. The location is very central and the room is very comfortable.

Room is spacious and clean. Washer and dryer works great. Love the large bathroom on the lower floor. Hotel is very accessible from metro line and there are convenience stores nearby. About 15mins walk to Nishiki market.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and I highly recommend you order it for the full experience. The hotel was clean and comfortable. A nice getaway place in a quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend this hotel!
