Just a 15-minute walk from Suginami City Local History Museum and 0.9 miles from Yayoi Park, 眺めのいい一軒家 features accommodations in Tokyo with a garden. Everything here was amazing! Our host was so gracious and met us to help us with the check-in. We were made to feel welcome. Overall the home is brilliant, large, clean and great to accommodate a large or extended family. It was warm, homey, and very comfortably fitted with all the modern conveniences. It was in a quiet tucked away setting, but also in a great location for exploring Tokyo, with nothing in the city more than an hour away, but with most places like Shinjuku and Shibuya just a 10 minute Metro ride away. It is close to supermarkets, little restaurants and the Marunouchi Line (Honancho Station) just a 500m walk away. It is also overlooking a beautiful canal and bike/walking path. Overall, staying here made our Tokyo experience complete. We are very grateful to our host and would throughly recommend staying here. Given the opportunity we would love to come back.

Well appointed, with everything you need. Kids loved nintendo, parents liked the cable/satellite TV. It had a great rooftop area handy as extra space to relax or dry washing. Spacious bathroom. Parking included such a bonus, close to train stations with a train ride not far to Shinjuku. We used a mattress on the floor for a 5th person and there was plenty of space in the lounge to do so. Kitchen and cooking facilities were adequate. The extra information on places to eat and go in the area was appreciated.

The stay was great. Comfortable and relaxing. Price can look higher, but there is so much included: two types of sauna, hot pool with a massage jets, massage chairs, non-alcoholic and even alcoholic beverages, free rice to eat thorough all day, many cosmetic amenities in washing room, bookcases of manga to read. Capsules are large, warm, with highly comfortable beds. I spent 7 nights and made another booking in their second branch for latter days.
